Preface
This is an assignment that I had for one of my classes this semester (Fall 2011) at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. The assignment was to write about a diverse experience, basically a situation that was outside my comfort zone, that I had this semester. I ended up choosing the Boston Mountain Bears club as my topic.
It is my hope that this paper could help potential members, ones that feel the same way I did, decide to come to a meeting; and that current members just enjoy the inherent comedy in my nervous demeanor.
